INVITATION FOR PRE‑QUALIFICATION
For the Purchase, Dismantling and Disposal of Dukhan Desalination Plant
Nebras Energy announces its intention to release a Tender inviting qualified companies to participate in the purchase, dismantling, demolition, and safe disposal of the Dukhan Desalination Plant (DDP), including all above‑ground and underground civil, structural, and mechanical works, as well as the seawater intake pump house, discharge pipelines, and associated facilities. The project is located within QatarEnergy’s Dukhan, Concession Area approximately 80 kilometers west of Doha, Qatar. Interested and capable contractors with proven expertise in large‑scale industrial dismantling and disposal operations are invited to submit their Pre‑Qualification Documents.
Scope of Work
• Aboveground structures: Multistage distillers, boilers, buildings, fences, transformers, pumps, piping systems, seawater intake pump house, discharge pipelines and structures, foundations, pipe racks, roads, and all associated equipment.
• Underground structures: Grounding extensions, cables, pipes, trenches, and all relevant subsurface installations related to DDP.
The expected award date is two months from the date of this invitation. Completion and handover of the site are expected before December 2026.

- Experience in dismantling, demolition, and safe disposal of similar projects
Health, Safety & Environment
- Details of the Company’s Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Policy & Management System
- QatarEnergy Health and Safety Qualification Form, duly filled in and signed (If applicable)
Quality Management System.
- Quality Manual and Quality Policy documents
- Valid certification of ISO 9000 / 14000.
