The company owns approximately 25,000 square meters land at prime location in Lusail and is currently in the process of commencing the building of two towers named Kahrab Tower. A part of the proposed tower is expected to be used as headquarters of Nebras Energy and its subsidiaries and the remaining part is estimated to yield commercial investment revenue of 8% per annum. The company is currently commencing the enabling works for the towers construction and has awarded the contract for enabling works.
