The Board of Directors of Qatar Electricity and Water Company in its first meeting been held on February, 10.2109, took the decision number 9/2019 of appointing Mr. Fahad Hamad Al-Mohannadi, the General Manager and Managing Director, as a Formal Speaker of Qatar Electricity and Water Company.
Such appointment is to comply with the provisions of paragraph 8 article 12 of the Corporate Governance Code and the decision shall be published in Company`s website
